Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the mailbox you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else.
